Picking up my party trays from Rachael, the Food Service Manager at our local Bel-Air..

The four party trays that I chose to serve to my guests were:

Medium Gourmet Meat and Cheese Tray
Our best Certified Angus Beef® roast beef and pastrami and our exceptional Nob Hill Trading Co. meats paired with Cheddar and Swiss. Serves: 16 to 20

This is a must have!  The variety of meats melt in your mouth with spectacular flavor.  Pastrami is one of my favorites!  The Cheddar and Swiss cheese is superb.

Medium Fruit
Celebrate the lighter side of life with sweet strawberries, ripe pineapple, luscious kiwi and more! Serves: 12 to 18

This almost looks to good to eat!  Very fresh and wonderful variety, something to please everyone, even the Kiddo’s.

Vegetable Tray
A beautiful arrangement of farm-fresh crisp vegetables with your choice of ranch dip or hummus. Serves: 18 to 24

The Veggies are very crisp and fresh.  You really get your $$ worth.  I have to say that this tray is a much better value and variety than those pre-packaged ones you see in stores.

Brownie & Cheesecake
Our rich and creamy raspberry swirl and original cheesecake bites pair with our popular brownie bites for pure indulgence!
Serves: 15 to 20

Desserts!  Do I need to say more?  We are huge cheesecake fans, and this is so creamy and flavorful!  Of course, who could go wrong with chocolate?  The brownie bites are thick and chewy, yum!

I am very impressed with the quality and generous portions the Bel-Air has provided.  Your guests will definitely be impressed with the presentation, huge portions, and fresh flavor of these quality foods!  I know mine were!
