I recently contacted Oliver’s Labels about doing a review on their labels and was contacted by a wonderful representative, Raissa, who was more than happy to help me out with this request. Within a couple of days of my email request, I received a response from Raissa, who was super helpful but was great to correspond with.
After letting Raissa know which design was our favorite (I let my son Thaddeus decide since he was going to be using the labels) and what we wanted printed on the labels, they were processed and shipped. Within less than a week, I had a ton of labels to test out and base my review on.
Below are just a couple examples of the designs you can chose from when placing your order.

There are girls designs, boys designs, even a couple adult designs that also include monograms, and even some designs for allergies (no nuts, no eggs, no milk, etc), 26 designs in all. Then you have a choice of what kind of labels you’d like to purchase. They have Original Labels, Mini Labels, Shoe Labels, Iron-On Clothing Labels, Large Bag Tag, Mini Bag Tags, and Stick-eez™ Clothing Labels. Below are samples of what the Original Labels, Mini Bag Tags, and the Shoe Labels look like.

Pricing on these labels is very reasonable. For $19.99 you can order any of the labels, and you get the following (each type of label is sold in packs for the $19.99 price). You get 70 Stick-eez™ Clothing Labels per pack, 40 Original labels per pack, 100 Mini labels per pack, 28 shoe labels per pack, or 60 Iron-on labels per pack. You can also purchase one large bag tag for $4.99 or 3 Mini Bag Tags for $7.99 per pack.
Then they have their package deals, where you can order School, Baby, Starter, or Camp packages where you get several different kinds of labels (3-6 different types of labels in the packages) ranging from $28.99 – $58.99.
For a limited time they have free shipping for orders $30 or more and their normal shipping costs are very low $1.50 for Canadian orders, $3.00 for USA orders, and $5 for international orders. These prices are for standard shipping, they also offer Express Delivery options.
About Oliver’s Labels
Oliver’s Labels is located in Toronto, Ontario, Canada and their online store is open 247 and their office is open from 9AM – 5PM EST, Monday through Friday.
How it began
“It all began with a small idea to help Oliver, my nephew, from losing his stuff. After seeing the overwhelming positive reaction from his teachers and other parents, I realized there was a huge demand for good name labels. I used my 6 years of experience in the printing industry to develop a high-quality label that was both durable and beautiful. The business was born and now our full-colour designs and exclusive Found-it™ tracking system are a few of the things that set Oliver’s Labels apart from the competition.” – Debbie
Now for the review
These labels are wonderful! These are the mose durable labels I’ve ever seen or used! These things stick to everything and they hold, even if you put the item in the dishwasher, microwave, fridge, or washer!
Oliver labels are:
Waterproof, weather-proof, scuff-proof, tear-resistant, high-performance vinyl with super-strong adhesive and high quality, full-color printing. Made to be long-lasting in a huge range of environments.
Thaddeus is going to be four years old this July and we are debating on putting him into Preschool, where we will be in the need of labeling EVERYTHING of his to ensure we get everything back at the end of each day, so these labels are perfect!
You want to know what else is great about Oliver’s Labels? They have a tracking system with their labels. All labels (other than the mini labels) have a code on them so if someone finds your item, they can go to to the Oliver’s Labels Found-It tracking System and enter the code on the label and track you down to return your item!

Now for the Discount
For a short time, Oliver’s Label is giving Frugal Plus readers a chance to receive a 10% discount by entering the code: Oliversfriends as a form of payment before checking out. This code is good through May 31, 2009.

I seen these the other day on her site and I just thought they were the best idea. We’ve got three boys so they’d really come in handy. Especially with their socks! Thanks!
