Getting Back to the Game Ten Steps to a Winning Relationship
Getting Back to the Game is different. It’s written from a man’s perspective and addresses the challenges of a relationship in a way that has proven to be highly successful in Dr. Bornstein’s clinical practice. Also, Getting Back to the Game incorporates a unique reward system that further encourages the men to willingly read this book and utilize the techniques presented. The ultimate reward, however, is a fulfilling and lasting relationship for both men and women.
I handed this book review over to my husband to get his thoughts, after all, it is geared towards men…
Not reading very many relationship/self-help books, he liked the fact that it was an easy read, only 133 pages. He didn’t feel threatened or “picked on” which is what “Getting Back to the Game” achieved.
Even though we didn’t feel that we needed to work on any issues in our relationship, he did pick up some great tools, to continue to help strengthen our marriage. As the saying goes, “never stop working on your marriage, there is always room for improvement.”
Now, for a little interaction of your own…

Dr. Mark Bornstein, Psy.D., is a clinical psychologist in private practice. Among his areas of expertise is working with couples to repair broken relationships or to make mediocre relationships great. He utilizes proven effective techniques, humor and warmth in his practice to get couples the results they want quickly, and all three aspects are reflected in Getting Back to the Game: Ten Steps to a Winning Relationship. Dr. Bornstein lives with his wife, teenage son and daughter, and their family pets in a Chicago suburb.
I highly recommend this book for both men and women. You will definitely take something positive from it!

I don’t know of any relationship you can quit working on. Each and every one of them takes time and energy.
