Being a mother who works outside of the home can be very stressful, especially if you don’t have some type of planner and use it.  I know this for a fact as I’m a mother of a 4 year old, I work outside of the home, an at home business of selling Avon, writing for Frugal Plus, my own personal blog, and I just finished my Associates Degree.  Yeah, you can say I know what it’s like to be busy and what it’s like to have and not to have a planner to keep track of everything.  I was given the opportunity to review a Personal Lifestyle Planner by Daysteps courtesy of Bobette, one of the creators of the Personal Lifestyle Planner by Daysteps.

DSCN1325Let me introduce you to the Personal Lifestyle Planner by Daysteps.  They have created the planner for women like myself and all the other women in the world – who love to keep busy, have family responsibilities, and want to live life to its fullest.

The Personal Lifestyle Planner by Daysteps has so many great features, I’m just hoping I don’t forget any of them.  This is not your ordinary planner, this planner not only kepes tracks of your daily things to do, it also helps you keep track of your monthly priorities, lifestyle trackers, clear your head, and then fill your heart.

About Daysteps

Daysteps is here to help women and their families lead the balanced and joyful lifestyle they choose. We believe your definition of success is uniquely yours and comes from within. We want you to be thrilled with your life today and where it is headed tomorrow. Daysteps is a complete planning system designed to help women and their families lead the balanced and joyful lifestyle they choose. It is available for the year 2010 and includes two six-month, spiral-bound, 8-1/2″ by 11″ planner books.

How it all got started

St. Louis, MO (October 13, 2009)–Four St. Louis women took on the challenge of developing an efficient planner system for achieving balance in the most important areas of their lives–home, health, and heart.

Kelly Wagner, Cecilia George, Bobette Kyle, and Laura Thake, all of St. Louis, Missouri, are all too familiar with the concept of feeling too busy to get the most out of life. This led them to pose the question “What if you could live your best day every day?” The answer became the Personal Lifestyle Planner from DaystepsTM. This new approach to creating your best, most satisfying life is a holistic planner system that empowers women–through inspiration, motivation, and convenience–to become who they want to be, while feeling calm and capable today.

Upon discussing the need for more balance and greater satisfaction in their lives, the St. Louis foursome realized that women everywhere share the same concern. Kelly Wagner reports,
“Most women not only want to be everything to everyone, but want so much for themselves as well. Yet–being nurturers and caregivers by nature–women almost always instinctively take care
of others first.” This mindset typically leads to stress, poor eating habits, elimination of physical exercise, lack of personal priorities, and a need for general fun and enjoyment, which throws life off balance.

Women frequently change their priorities and areas of personal focus, so achieving their best day every day starts with simply choosing where THEY want to focus their time and energy TODAY.
This is where Daysteps differs from other time-management systems on the market. “Creating balance goes beyond jotting down a list of appointments or things to be accomplished in a given day,” states Bobette Kyle. “It’s about learning how to meet the needs of mind, body, and soul.”

Daysteps provides ample space to record thoughts, priorities, and successes, as well as keep track of things that are important, such as medications, workout plans, food and water intake, and
hours of sleep. Kimberly Vetrano, a user of Daysteps raves, “The lifestyle tracking feature is especially helpful for a busy woman on the go. It’s very flexible and offers a lot of options.”

The Daysteps team recently completed production of their first run of planners to hit the market. “We are so excited to get the planners out there for women to feel inspired and eager to make
their best day every day!” exclaims Kelly. The 2010 planner is available at www.daysteps.com and is predicted to make a major impact on how women achieve balance and fulfillment in their lives.
