Being a very busy mom, I am always in the need to write stuff down, especially when it comes to keeping track of things.  I am not just a mom; I’m a working mom who also goes to school.  I have to not only keep track of what I’m doing for the class(es) I’m currently taking and when the assignments are due, but also keep track of grocery lists, Avon orders (because I also sell Avon), giveaways and reviews I’ve committed to doing, keeping track of my personal website and it’s contents, and all the other every day things that go on in our busy lives.  I’m sure you all can relate!  So, I decided to contact Carolina Pad regarding some of their products and I was been given several of their items for reviewing along with doing a giveaway for you wonderful readers!

I really like the Carolina Pad products.  They have several different designs and it seems that they have something for everything and everyone.  You get three subject books, notepads, journals, folders, binders, pens, sticky notes, and much more.  What more could you really ask for?  Whether you are a parent, student, or worker, you have got to get some of their products.  And I would definitely recommend getting some of their products for your junior high and high school aged girls, they will love them!

Who is Carolina Pad?

Let’s start out with a little history about Carolina Pad and how they started.

The Carolina Pad story begins in 1945 in Charlotte, North Carolina. That’s when Joseph K. Hall Jr. and several business associates managed to scrape up enough money and equipment to start up a school supply manufacturing company. Joe had been operating Hall & Morris, a school supply wholesale business in Belmont, North Carolina. The new company offered composition books, notebook paper, primary tablets, pencils, crayons, and other school supplies. A former teacher, principal, and coach, Joe was excited by the new company’s offerings

In 2002, Carolina Pad started a fashion revolution by introducing fashion to their products to what you now see all the kids carrying around!  Here are just a few samples of the designs you can get from Carolina Pad.

Carolina Pad Signature designer Jacqueline Savage McFee dedicated this fashion collection in honor of her small cousin Kendall Sierens, who is fighting Leukemia. This disease causes more deaths of children and young adults under the age of 20 than any other form of cancer.

From my understanding Kendall is doing just fine, and I believe you can read more about her if you want from clicking on the Kendall image above.

Hot-Chocolate2

This is my favorite collection, it is very retro and each item seems to have more than one design, you may get stripes, you may get dots, and you may even get the circles.  I received the 19-month planner, the Journal, and the 3 subject notebook in this design, and I love them!

They even offer a collection that is environmentally friendly!

I received the Ideal book (3 section/2 tab) pocket book and the Sasquatch Personal Book and they are great because they are made of 100% and 60% recycled material.

Sasquatch is making a difference. These products help save trees by using mostly recycled pulp materials (learn more). Using fewer trees helps to protect our forests. We hope this Web site will help you live a greener life. You’ll find tips, games, and other fun stuff to help you get there. So, be like Sasquatch and leave nothing but tracks!
